barrier shelter offering intensive case management to help people living on the streets
stabilize their lives, access essential support services, and secure housing.

Proposed for SE 2nd and Ash Street: the15,700 square foot site will be
developed into a six-story, ~ 90,000 GSF commercial building with industrial office and
