The discussion panel includes:
- Clare Briglio, Executive Director CEIC and CET;
- Mike Larkin, CET President;
- Eric Zimmerman, Central City Policy Advisor to Mayor Wheeler; and
- Sergeant Zachary Kenney, from Central Precinct’s Neighborhood Response Team (NRT). The NRT is Portland Police Bureau’s livability taskforce.
