Earth Day SOLVE Cleanup with 105.9 The Brew

We planned it, you expand it, join the CEIC, SOLVE and the Trash Bandits for a litter cleanup in Portland’s Central Eastside. We’ll be swiping litter, collecting trash, and leaving the District a more clean and welcoming place. This event is family-friendly and all event supplies will be provided. This event is in partnership with Central Eastside Industrial Council and iHeart Radio’s 105.9 The Brew. Come give back to the Rose City with Tanner and Drew and feel good knowing you’re doing your part for Earth Day!


When: Saturday, April 23rd, 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM.
Advanced Registration Required: Pre-registration is required! Please sign up (green button below) ahead of time to guarantee your spot.
Meeting Location: Volunteers will be meeting at the grassy area behind Revolution Hall on SE 14th Ave. MAP LINK.

What to Bring: If you bring personal belongings please bring a backpack so you can pick up trash hands-free. Dress for the weather, wear closed-toed shoes (preferably work boots), and long pants.
COVID Safety: Masks are recommended at check-in and outdoors when you cannot keep a 6 ft distance.
What’s Provided: SOLVE will provide trash grabbers, trash bags, work gloves, and high-vis vests. SOLVE will also be providing water to volunteers.

Parking/Getting There: Free street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood.
Bathrooms: A restroom may be available inside Revolution Hall. Please plan accordingly.
Accessibility: This event will have accessibility for those with mobility concerns. Most of the litter cleanup will occur on paved sidewalks.
Youth Volunteers: This event is youth and family-friendly!
