The Central Eastside Industrial Council (CEIC) is requesting proposals for district-wide graffiti removal services as a part of its Enhanced Services District “Central Eastside Together.”  District geography is SE 12th to I-84 and to Powell Boulevard.  Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00-4:30 pm.  One year contract with an option to extend.  Proposals due August 7th, 2020 by 12 noon and service start date is September 1st, 2020.
