New graffiti removal services are here
The CEIC added graffiti removal to the Clean Start Program list of services in November ! Currently, the City of Portland offers 3 paint outs to individual property owners per fiscal year. We are matching that with 3 more paint outs. Fill out waiver here to let us and the City of Portland help you. To report trash and graffiti directly to our service, email cleanstartceid@ccconcern.org
