The City of Portland’s ESD Coordinator Shawn Campbell has published two new documents that are helpful for businesses, visitors, & residents in the District! We have all heard frustration regarding not knowing which office or bureau to contact regarding City Services, and hope this will streamline communication and result in better service provision.

We are happy to share these documents listing common citizen and business concerns, and the proper manner and person to contact regarding them. Issues addressed include campsites, trash, illegal dumping, downed trees, and Emergency Services.
