Fully Presents: The Gratitude Dojo
“The discipline of gratitude is the explicit effort to acknowledge that all I am and have is given to me as a gift of love, a gift to be celebrated with joy.” – Henri Nouwen
Practice what’s good in your life. Feeling grateful and recognizing (“re-cognizing”) life’s gifts is the most sustainable way to bring more gifts to your life.
Come to the Gratitude Dojo,” a fun, social gathering to practice gratitude. You’ll choose from 12 different activity stations to notice all the blessings in your life and build your gratitude habit. You’ll meet and connect with other people being grateful too.
Hope to see you. The event is free, so bring a friend! Bring your journal and a pen to record things you want to remember to be thankful for. Expect big smiles and full hearts.
