Congressman Blumenauer, with Commissioner Chloe Eudaly and Director Chris Warner, will be breaking ground on the new bike and pedestrian bridge over I-84. The bridge will provide a critical connection for bicycles and pedestrians between two of the fastest growing neighborhoods in Portland, the Central Eastside and Lloyd District.
