Central Eastside Together Community Grants
Fall/Winter Cycle is closed.
Grant Program Guidelines:
- Review Application when it becomes available
- Submit Application by the deadline
- Applications submitted after 11:59 PM on deadline day will not be accepted
- Upon submitting your application a confirmation email will be sent to you. If you do not receive your confirmation email please reach out to Jennifer Hamilton.
- Applicants receiving funding will be notified via email, and funding will be available upon signature of grant contract.
- All projects must be completed within the terms of the grant contract. Final grant reports will be due 30 days after project completion.
Please prepare the following supplemental items that will be uploaded with your application:
- Budget Form (Required)
- IRS 501c3 Form (Required)
- Annual Budget (Required)
- Fiscal Sponsor Verification Form (Required if using a fiscal sponsor)
- Project Photos / Diagrams (Optional)
- Letter of Support (Optional)
