Prosper Portland is offering a repair grant for small businesses that have received exterior damage as a result of the extended period of closures and all of the other activity that has moved through portions of the central city.

The grant, up to $10k per business to repair/replace windows and doors, graffiti removal, and other related type improvements. These are meant for relatively easy fixes that do not require a permit. No match is required and businesses can utilize it multiple times until the full $10k is exhausted. The grant is available citywide.
